Plantar fascia pain usually hits right in the heel, especially when you take your first steps in the morning. It can sometimes spread along the bottom of the foot towards the toes. Before spending too much on tests, try stretching and good shoes first, those are often free or cheaper options.

Ho na, plantar fascia pain is mostly in your heel, the bottom part of it. When you get up from bed, pehla kadam, that's when it hurts the most, right? It can sometimes go a little forward towards your arch also. Take care, okay?

Based on my experience, it was always concentrated on the very bottom of my heel, especially when I walked. It felt like a sharp poke. I wouldn't know about anyone else, but that's where I felt it.

It's typically felt as a stabbing pain in the bottom of your foot, right near the heel. Worse with the first steps in the morning or after long periods of standing. Easy to diagnose if you know what you're looking for.

Oh, I've read quite a bit about this! It's usually a sharp pain at the bottom of your heel, especially when you put weight on it after resting. Sometimes it feels like it's pulling all the way to your arch. It sounds quite specific so definitely worth checking out if you feel it.
