Where is pancreatic pain felt?

My father's friend had some issues with his pancreas and complained of terrible back pain. Is that common? Where is pancreatic pain generally felt?

Pancreatic pain is usually felt in the upper abdomen, often radiating to the back. It's typically a severe, constant pain. While good diet and exercise are important for general health, if you suspect this, you need to see a doctor immediately. It's not something you can just 'work off' or improve with home remedies.

My gastroenterologist explained that pancreatic pain is characteristically localized to the epigastric region (upper central abdomen) and frequently radiates to the back, often described as a boring or knife-like pain. It tends to be constant and severe, sometimes worsening after meals. Early and accurate diagnosis is critical.

It's really scary when you have pain and don't know what it is, I totally get that anxiety. Pancreatic pain is usually felt as a deep, severe ache in the upper part of your stomach, and it often feels like it's going through to your back. If you're feeling this, please seek medical help to ease your worries and get proper care.

I once had a terrible upper abdominal pain and immediately panicked, thinking the worst! Pancreatic pain is indeed typically in the upper abdomen, often radiating to the back, and is usually quite severe. While my pain turned out to be something less serious, it taught me not to ignore intense symptoms and to get them checked by a doctor right away.

My child had a pancreatic issue a few years ago. The pain was in the upper middle part of his belly, very intense, and he kept complaining it hurt in his back too. He couldn't lie flat. It was a very worrying time. If you or someone you know has this, please take them to a doctor without delay. It's not something to be taken lightly.

Pancreatic pain, from what I've seen and heard from people, is mostly in the upper stomach, just below the breastbone, and it goes right through to the back. It's not a small ache, it's a very strong, constant pain. Don't worry unnecessarily, but do consult a doctor promptly if you have such symptoms. Better safe than sorry.

Haan, pancreas ka dard na, woh pet ke upar, beech mein hota hai. Aur aksar woh seedha kamar tak bhi jaata hai. Bahut tez hota hai, log bolte hain. Kabhi-kabhi khane ke baad zyada hota hai. Doctor ko dikhana hi chahiye, na?
