Where is lung pain felt in the back?

My back has been aching a lot lately, especially when I breathe deeply. Someone told me it could sometimes be related to lungs. If it is lung pain, where in the back would you typically feel it?

I'm still trying to understand this. So lung pain can also be felt in the back? Is it usually higher up, around the shoulder blades, or lower down? And does it feel different from a muscle ache?

Beti, sometimes lung pain, it also shows in the back. It's usually high up, around your shoulder blades, on one side or both. When you breathe deep, or cough, it hurts more. It's not like the back pain from working all day. If you feel it, tell the doctor, okay?

Yes, lung pain can definitely be felt in the back! It usually presents as a dull ache or a sharp pain in the upper or mid-back, between the shoulder blades, and often worsens with deep breathing or coughing. I've heard of people confusing it with simple back pain. While some home remedies help general aches, for something like this, a doctor's visit is essential.

It's typically felt in the upper back, between the shoulder blades. Good point that it's different from muscle pain.

Lung pain can indeed be felt in the back, typically in the upper or mid-back region, often between the shoulder blades. This pain tends to intensify with breathing or coughing. Any such symptom warrants an immediate medical check-up to rule out serious conditions. Always prioritize safety.

Yes, lung pain can show up in the back. It's generally in the upper back area, around your shoulder blades. For me, managing diabetes means being extra careful about my health, so any unusual pain like this would send me to the doctor. It's not just a simple backache, so don't ignore it.
