Where is lung pain felt?

Been having a weird discomfort in my chest area for a couple of days now, and a friend suggested it might be lung-related. Where do you usually feel pain if it's coming from your lungs? Just trying to figure out if I should be worried.

Lung pain is typically felt in the chest, on one or both sides, and can sometimes be referred to the back or shoulder. It often worsens with deep breaths, coughing, or sneezing. If you are experiencing such pain, please get it checked by a doctor immediately, as lung issues can be serious.

Lung pain usually feels like it's in your chest, either in the front or back, kinda deep inside. Sometimes it can feel sharp when you breathe deeply or cough. It's not like surface muscle pain, it's more internal. If it's bothering you, definitely get it checked, yaar.

When I had lung-related issues, the pain was deeply unsettling, not just physically but emotionally because it affected my breathing. It was mostly in my chest, a sharp pain that intensified with every deep breath. It's a very frightening experience, and it's okay to feel anxious. Please, if you're feeling this, seek medical attention right away.

It can get worse when you take a deep breath or cough. Sometimes, it can even radiate to your back or shoulder. Please don't ignore it, get it checked out.

My doctor explained that lung pain, specifically from the pleura (lining of the lungs), is often felt as a sharp, localized pain in the chest, which can radiate to the shoulder or back. It typically worsens with deep inspiration, coughing, or movement. Other types of lung discomfort might be more vague. It's always best to get a professional diagnosis.

Lung pain typically manifests as a sharp or dull ache in the chest, which can be felt on either side, and sometimes in the upper back. It often gets worse when you take a deep breath, cough, or sneeze. Given the importance of lung health, any persistent pain of this nature should be promptly evaluated by a healthcare professional.
