Where is kidney pain located?

Kidney pain, from my recent experience, is usually in the lower back, on the side, right under your rib cage. It's a deep, persistent ache, sometimes even sharp. Mine also felt like it was sometimes radiating towards the front. It's definitely not like a normal muscle strain.

Kidney pain is specifically located in your lower back, under the ribs, towards the sides. It's different from muscle pain you might get from workouts. If you feel this type of pain, don't try to exercise it away; see a doctor first. They can tell you if it's safe to be active.

Beta, kidney ka dard kamar mein hota hai, pasliyon ke neeche, ek taraf ya dono taraf. Thoda gehra dard hota hai, haan. Agar aisa dard ho to jald se jald doctor ko dikhana.

It's typically in the lower back, right under the ribs, on one side.
