Where is kidney pain?

I've been having some dull ache around my lower back, almost to the sides. Someone mentioned it could be kidney pain, and I'm a bit worried. Just want to know where to pinpoint it.

Oh, kidney pain can be so scary to think about! It's usually felt in your lower back, just under your ribs, on one side or both. Sometimes it goes into your abdomen or groin too. It's often a deep, constant ache. Don't panic, but please get it checked if you have it.

Kidney pain is usually in your lower back, just beneath the rib cage, on the sides. It's a deep, often dull ache, but can also be sharp. If you feel it, increase your water intake and see a doctor quickly. Don't wait for it to get worse, it's a simple, practical step.

Kidney pain is often in the lower back, right under the ribs, on one or both sides. It's a very deep ache or sometimes sharp. I remember trying hot compresses and ajwain water for general back pain, but for kidney pain, it's different. You really need to see a doctor for that, seriously.

Kidney pain is typically located in the flank region, which is the area on your side and back, just below your rib cage. It can be a dull ache or sharp, and sometimes it radiates. It's distinct from muscle pain. If you suspect kidney pain, it's always wise to consult a doctor.
