Back pain during a heart attack isn't the primary symptom, but it can happen, especially in women. It's usually felt between the shoulder blades or in the upper back. But listen, if you or anyone has chest pain with back pain, don't try to google remedies. Go to a hospital immediately. Don't trust random advice online for such serious matters.

Heart attack back pain can be in the upper back, between the shoulder blades. It's often accompanied by other symptoms like chest pain, shortness of breath, or arm pain. If someone is having these symptoms, don't wait. Get them to an emergency room, plain and simple. No time for guessing games.

Back pain during a heart attack is an atypical symptom but can occur, often in the upper back. For individuals with diabetes, recognizing these less common symptoms is crucial as nerve damage can sometimes alter pain perception. Any sudden, unexplained back pain, especially with other symptoms like chest discomfort or shortness of breath, warrants immediate medical attention. Always get things checked by a doctor.
