Where is epigastric pain located?

I've been having some discomfort in my upper abdomen, especially after eating. My doctor used the term 'epigastric pain' during the check-up. Could someone tell me where exactly this epigastric pain is located?

Oh, epigastric pain! I just recovered from it last month. It's that burning, aching feeling right in the center of your upper abdomen, just below your breastbone and above your navel. It felt like a heavy stone sitting there, very uncomfortable. Got it checked, it was related to acidity.

It's scary when you have pain and don't know what it is! Epigastric pain is located right in the middle of your upper abdomen, between your chest and belly button. It can be super unsettling. Definitely worth talking to a doctor to ease your mind.

I totally get it, stomach pain can be so confusing and worrying! Epigastric pain is felt in the upper central part of your abdomen, right beneath your breastbone. It's a common area for acidity or gas, but if it's severe or persistent, please see a doctor.

It's right in the center of your upper tummy, like between your ribs and your belly button! 📍 Super common spot for acidity or indigestion, but sometimes it can be something else too. Keep an eye on it! 👀

Beta, epigastric pain is that discomfort in the upper part of your stomach, exactly in the middle, just below your ribs. Sometimes it feels like indigestion or acidity. My dadi used to say jeera water helps, but if the pain is too much, always show it to a doctor.

Epigastric pain? That's your upper-middle abdomen, directly below the breastbone. It's a common site for things like heartburn or gastritis. If it's bothering you a lot, don't just guess; see a doctor to get a clear answer.

My mother always said any pain in the chest or upper stomach should be taken seriously. Epigastric pain is usually in the upper central part of your abdomen, just below the sternum. While family advice is good for home remedies like ajwain, for this kind of pain, it is best to consult the doctor, dear.
