Carpal tunnel pain is usually felt in your hand and wrist, especially in the thumb, index, middle, and half of the ring finger. It can feel like numbness or tingling too. With my PCOS, I've learned that symptoms can be tricky, so it's always best to get a proper diagnosis for hand pain, don't assume anything.

Oh, carpal tunnel pain is typically in your wrist and hand, especially those first three fingers! Like numbness and tingling sometimes. Hope you're okay! ✨ Don't forget to take breaks if you're working a lot on a computer.

It's in your wrist and hand, bhai. You'll feel numbness, tingling, or pain in your thumb, index, middle, and half of the ring finger. If it's bothering you, go see a doctor. Don't just bear the pain.

My daughter, who's a coder, started having this. The pain and numbness were mostly in her wrist and fingers, especially the thumb side. We got her a special wrist brace and she learned some exercises. It's important to get it diagnosed early to manage it, so don't delay.

This pain, it comes in your wrist and spreads to your hand, especially your thumb and first few fingers. It can feel like pins and needles. My cousin had it because of too much computer work. It's a problem with a nerve there. Take care, please.

Yaar, carpal tunnel pain is actually felt in your wrist and goes into your hand, like thumb, index, middle finger. It's often that tingly, numb feeling, especially if you're on your phone or computer a lot. My friend had it, and she had to wear a wrist brace. Go get it checked, for sure.

Carpal tunnel pain hits your wrist and then travels into your fingers – mainly the thumb, index, and middle finger. I tried wrist exercises and warm compresses for different pains, but for this specific type of numbness and tingling, consulting a doctor for proper splinting or therapy is often necessary. Don't suffer through it.
