Where does typhoid come from?

There's been a lot of talk about hygiene and food safety in my area, especially with monsoon coming. Where does typhoid generally come from? Is it mostly from contaminated food or water?

Hey yaar, don't stress too much! Typhoid usually comes from contaminated food or water, like when hygiene isn't great. Just be careful about what you eat outside and drink bottled water. Stay safe!

Typhoid? Ganda paani aur ganda khana. Bas itna yaad rakho. Make sure your food is cooked properly and water is clean. Simple hygiene will save you a lot of trouble. If fever comes, straight to doc.

Typhoid mainly comes from unsanitary conditions, through contaminated food and water. As someone with diabetes, I'm extra careful about what I eat, not just for sugar but also hygiene. Always wash fruits and veggies thoroughly, and avoid uncooked street food.

Namaste! My grandmother always said to be very careful with street food and water, that's where typhoid often comes from. It's important to drink boiled water or bottled water. Of course, if you feel unwell, please consult a doctor for proper diagnosis.

It's totally normal to be curious or anxious about illnesses like typhoid. It generally spreads through food or water that has been contaminated with the bacteria. It's good to be aware and take precautions, especially during certain seasons.
