Where does rotator cuff pain hurt?

I've been feeling a dull ache in my shoulder for a few months now, especially when I lift my arm. My physiotherapist said it might be my rotator cuff, but I'm not sure if the pain is in the right spot. Where does rotator cuff pain usually hurt?

Rotator cuff pain? Oh god, it hurts where you least expect it, and then everywhere you do! Mostly deep in the shoulder, makes sleeping on that side impossible. I swear I've aged 10 years trying to find a comfortable position. Send help and coffee!

It usually hurts deep inside your shoulder, especially when you lift your arm or reach behind your back! 😣 Sometimes it even radiates down your arm a bit. But don't worry, proper rest and physio can work wonders! ✨

Rotator cuff pain, it is often felt deep within the shoulder joint. It becomes more noticeable when you try to lift your arm or perform certain movements. Sometimes, applying a warm oil massage carefully can provide temporary relief, but for proper healing, medical advice is best.

Ah, the rotator cuff. Mine hurts everywhere, especially when I'm trying to impress my wife by lifting something heavy, which is never. But seriously, it's a deep, annoying pain in the shoulder, particularly bad when you try to comb your hair or reach for that top shelf. Welcome to middle age!

Such pains can be challenging for the body and mind. The rotator cuff pain usually settles in the shoulder, making daily tasks difficult. Remember to stay positive, nurture your body with care, and seek guidance from doctors for the best path to recovery.

I've dealt with this before. Rotator cuff pain is usually a dull ache deep in the shoulder, especially noticeable at night or when you're trying to lift your arm. Physiotherapy is really important for this, don't just ignore it. Regular exercises and avoiding heavy lifting for a while helped me a lot.

When I first heard about rotator cuff issues, I immediately started checking my own shoulder for pain, haha. But seriously, from what I've read, it's typically a persistent ache deep inside the shoulder joint. It can be quite concerning if it affects daily activities, so please get it looked at properly.

Oh, rotator cuff pain... I've heard about it but never experienced it myself. Is it only in the shoulder, or can it go down the arm too? I hope it's not too serious for you. 🙏

Rotator cuff pain is typically a deep ache in the shoulder. You'll feel it especially when you try to raise your arm, reach overhead, or sleep on that side. It's not usually a surface pain but more of an internal, nagging discomfort.
