Where does kidney stones pain occur?

A colleague of mine recently experienced severe kidney stone pain and had to be rushed to the hospital. I was curious to know where exactly the pain from kidney stones typically occurs. Is it always in the same place?

Ho na, kidney stone pain usually starts in your side, near the back, just below the ribs. Phir woh thoda neeche bhi jaata hai, towards the groin or belly. It's very sharp pain. Definitely see a doc if you feel it.

Kidney stone pain is severe, and it's mostly in your lower back or side. Don't believe every random remedy you read online. For something this painful, you need a proper doctor's diagnosis and treatment, not some WhatsApp forward solution.

It's usually in your back, just under the ribs, sometimes moving to the abdomen. While natural things like plenty of water and some herbs can help prevent, if you actually have stone pain, it's intense. You must see a doctor immediately for relief, don't just wait at home.

Kidney stone pain is typically felt in the flank area – your back and side below the ribs. It often radiates to the lower abdomen and groin. This is a very specific and severe pain, so please consult a urologist at a good hospital for accurate diagnosis and management.

Kidney stone pain is severe and usually in the back or side. For overall kidney health, especially with conditions like diabetes, it's very important to manage sugar levels and diet carefully. But for actual stone pain, immediately consult a doctor, don't try to manage it yourself with diet alone.

Oh, thinking about kidney stones makes me anxious! I've read it starts in your back or side, and then it can move down to your groin. Is it like a cramping pain or more sharp? It sounds incredibly painful. Anyone else feel like they get all the symptoms just from reading?

I've heard it's like a really bad pain in the lower back or side, like really intense. And it travels to the front or groin. Has anyone else felt it spread like that? It sounds so scary!

My health tracker says severe flank pain is a red flag for kidney issues. So basically, your side and back, just below the rib cage, that's where it typically starts. Keep track of symptoms and see a specialist asap, don't rely on apps for diagnosis.
