This is a very serious question, and only a doctor can give you accurate information. When I had a health scare, my doctor at Apollo Hospital explained everything clearly. Please, please consult your gynecologist or an oncologist immediately. Don't rely on internet for such details.

From what my specialist explained to me, endometrial cancer can spread first to nearby areas like the cervix, ovaries, fallopian tubes, and vagina. In more advanced stages, it can go to lymph nodes in the pelvis and abdomen, and then sometimes to distant organs like the lungs, liver, or bones. This is why regular check-ups are so important.

I went through this battle myself. Initially, my doctors found it confined to the uterus. But they monitored very closely for spread to the lymph nodes, and sometimes it can go to the peritoneum or even lungs. Early detection is everything, please don't delay seeing a specialist if you have concerns.

Usually, it starts by spreading locally within the pelvic region – to the cervix, ovaries, or even the bladder and rectum in advanced cases. Lymph nodes are also a common pathway for it to travel. It's really important to follow up with your doctor's advice on staging and treatment plans.

While I always advocate for staying active, for something like this, it's crucial to talk to your doctor first. They will assess your specific situation. If they give the green light, some light walking or yoga can help with overall well-being during treatment, but medical advice is primary here.

Listen, for cancer questions, online answers are not enough. Go to a good doctor, get all your tests done. They will tell you exactly what's happening and where it can spread, and what to do next. Don't waste time here, take proper medical help.
