Where does cod liver oil come from?

My mother used to give me cod liver oil when I was a child for good health. I was just talking to my kids about it and they asked me where it actually comes from. I realized I don't know the answer myself!

Cod liver oil, haan, it's quite popular for health. It comes from the liver of cod fish. I've heard many people use it for joint pain or Vitamin D deficiency. While I often experiment with various home remedies, for supplements like this, it's always practical to consult a doctor, especially to know the right dosage and if it suits you.

Cod liver oil, as the name suggests, is extracted from the liver of cod fish. It's rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, Vitamin A, and Vitamin D. I've taken it for my joints on doctor's advice. Just make sure you get a good quality supplement, and always check with your doctor before starting any new supplement regimen.

Cod liver oil comes from the liver of cod fish. It's known for its Omega-3s and vitamins. I've seen it recommended for bone health and immunity. But like with any supplement, especially when you have existing conditions like PCOS, it's really important to talk to your doctor before taking it. Don't just assume it's good for you without medical advice.

Cod liver oil comes directly from the liver of cod fish. It's known for its Omega-3s, which are good for heart health. As someone with high BP, I pay close attention to supplements. While it might offer benefits, always consult your doctor before adding it to your routine, especially if you're on other medications. Regular checkups are key to managing health.

My grandmother used to say fish oil is good for the bones and eyes. Cod liver oil is extracted from the liver of cod fish, a cold-water fish. It has many benefits, like Omega-3s. But for any supplement, it's always good to check with your family doctor first to see if it's suitable for your health.

Cod liver oil is derived from the liver of the Atlantic cod fish. It's a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids, Vitamin A, and Vitamin D. While it has established health benefits, especially for joint health and immunity, it's always best to consult a healthcare professional before incorporating any supplement into your diet. They can advise on appropriate dosage and potential interactions.
