Where do you feel round ligament pain?

I'm in my second trimester, and sometimes I get sharp, sudden pains in my lower abdomen, especially when I change positions quickly. My gynecologist mentioned round ligament pain. Where exactly would I feel this kind of pain?

My pregnancy tracker app explained this! It's usually a sharp, jabbing pain on one or both sides of the lower abdomen, often felt more when you change positions quickly or sneeze. It's totally normal as your uterus grows.

I felt this mostly on my right side, down in my groin area, like a sharp, shooting pain when I moved suddenly. Sneezing or turning over in bed was the worst! It's a very specific kind of twinge, but my doc said it's just the ligaments stretching.

During my pregnancy, I had this! It was a sharp, sudden pain low in my belly, almost like a pulling sensation, especially when I coughed or got up fast. Make sure you're eating well and managing your health overall.

For round ligament pain, it's usually in the lower abdomen or groin, a sharp, quick pain. Always good to discuss any new pains with your doctor, especially during pregnancy, just to rule out anything else. Regular check-ups are key.

Oh, I totally panicked when I felt this! It was a really sharp, almost scary pain in my lower stomach, felt like a stitch on the sides. But my doctor said it's just the round ligaments stretching, very normal for pregnancy. Try to move slowly.
