Where do you feel period pain?

My period cramps are always so bad, sometimes it feels like my whole lower back and thighs ache too. My friends say their pain is mostly in the abdomen. Where do most women feel period pain, is it just in the belly or can it spread?

Honestly, for me, it's mostly in my lower abdomen, like a heavy, dull ache. Sometimes it goes to my lower back too, ho na? Like a constant pressure.

Dude, my girlfriend gets it bad in her stomach, like really bad cramps. And she says sometimes her thighs also ache? Like, weird, right.

Yaar, for me it's proper stomach cramps, like someone is squeezing my insides. And then my lower back starts hurting too, actually. Sometimes even my inner thighs get a bit sore.

Oh, so it's normal to feel it in the lower back also? I usually feel it in my stomach, like a strong ache. Does it feel different for everyone?

I used to get so worried about my period pain, thinking something was very wrong. But most women feel it in their lower stomach and back. It's tough, I know, but you're not alone in feeling it there.

Been there, done that. Most commonly, it's the lower abdomen and radiates to the lower back and inner thighs. Hot water bags help a lot, seriously. And light exercise, if you can manage.
