Where do you feel hip pain?

I've been feeling a lot of stiffness and a dull ache in my hip area, especially after sitting for long periods. It's making it hard to walk sometimes. Where exactly do you feel hip pain, is it usually in the joint itself or can it be elsewhere?

Hip pain can be so confusing! I sometimes feel it on the side of my hip, near my outer thigh, or deep in my groin. And then sometimes it radiates to my buttock or knee. It makes me anxious because it's hard to pinpoint. Has anyone else felt it spread to different places like that?

I recently recovered from a hip issue! My pain was initially a deep ache in my groin, which then started radiating to my outer thigh and even my knee. It was worse with walking and getting up from a chair. Physical therapy helped me immensely, but the first step was a proper diagnosis from an orthopedic doctor.

Yo, hip pain sucks! For me, it was mostly on the outer side of my hip when I was playing sports, like a deep ache. But sometimes it can be more in the groin area too, especially if it's from a joint issue. If it's bothering you, get it checked out, don't just ignore it.

Hip pain can be felt in various areas: the groin, outside of the hip, buttocks, or even radiating down the thigh. As someone with thyroid issues, I'm always advised to pay attention to any persistent joint or muscle pain, as sometimes it can be linked to other systemic conditions. Regular check-ups are key, and for hip pain, a doctor can help pinpoint the exact cause.

Hip pain can be felt in different spots around the hip joint. Sometimes it's deep in the groin, or on the outer side of the hip, or even in the buttocks. If it's bothering you, it's good to consult a doctor to understand the cause. Take care.

Hip pain can be quite complex, as it can be perceived in the groin area, the outer hip, the buttocks, or even referred to the thigh or knee. The location of pain can give clues to its origin, such as joint issues or muscle strain. Given the importance of mobility, it is always recommended to consult a medical professional for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment plan.
