Flank pain is usually felt on your side, between your ribs and your hip, on one or both sides. It can be dull or sharp. I always make sure my diet is balanced with plenty of fluids to avoid issues that might cause such pain, like kidney stones. Hydration is key for overall health, and for me, it's always vegetarian options.

Flank pain is typically felt in the upper side of your abdomen, below your ribs and above your hips. It can be quite intense. If it's not a severe, acute injury and your doctor gives the green light, sometimes gentle walking can help with general body aches, but for specific flank pain, consulting a doctor is essential, especially since it could be kidneys.

Flank pain, oh, it's that ache in your side, usually between your lower ribs and your hips. I've tried so many things for different aches, and for this kind of pain, while a hot compress can offer some temporary comfort, it's really important to get it properly checked out by a doctor. It can be due to many things like kidney issues, which need proper medical attention.

Flank pain is usually felt in the upper abdomen or back, on your side, just below your ribs and above your hips. It can be a dull ache or sharp, and often indicates an issue with your kidneys or other organs in that area. It's always wise to consult a doctor, especially if it's severe or accompanied by fever or changes in urination.

I experienced flank pain recently, and it was a sharp, nagging pain on my right side, right below my ribs and extending towards my back. It felt like a deep ache and was worse when I moved certain ways. Turned out to be a kidney stone. The doctor stressed how important it is to get it checked immediately because it could be so many different things.
