Where do you feel carpal tunnel pain?

My wrists and fingers have been feeling numb and tingly, especially at night. My colleague mentioned carpal tunnel. Where exactly does the pain or discomfort typically show up with that condition?

Hey! So with carpal tunnel, the pain is mostly in your hand and wrist, affecting your thumb, index, middle, and sometimes half of your ring finger. It can feel like numbness, tingling, or even a burning sensation, and often gets worse at night. Using a wrist brace can really help to keep it straight, and try to rest your wrists often.

Carpal tunnel pain usually feels like tingling, numbness, or pain in your thumb, index, middle, and half of your ring finger. It can also extend up your arm. I found that wearing a wrist splint at night and taking frequent breaks from typing really helped. Small things make a big difference.

Hello! Carpal tunnel pain often manifests as numbness, tingling, or pain in the thumb, index, middle, and part of the ring finger. It can sometimes radiate up the forearm. Many people find relief with wrist splints, especially at night, and adjusting their workstation ergonomics. If it's bothering you a lot, seeing a physiotherapist or doctor is a good idea.

Yaar, carpal tunnel pain is mostly in your wrist and hand, especially your thumb and first three fingers. My gaming buddy had it bad; he said it felt like pins and needles all the time, and his hand would go numb. He had to wear a wrist brace and take breaks from the computer. It's no joke.

Uhm, I'm new to this, but is carpal tunnel pain mostly in the wrist, like near the palm, and then it goes into the fingers? Like tingling? Does it happen if you just use your phone a lot, or is it more from typing on a computer? Just wondering...
