Where do you feel acl pain?

I play a lot of cricket and recently landed awkwardly. My knee is really bothering me, especially when I twist it. Could it be my ACL? Where exactly do you feel the pain if it's an ACL injury?

ACL pain is usually felt deep inside the knee, right? It's often sharp and immediate after an injury. I've always heard it makes your knee feel unstable, like it might give out. Please consult a specialist if you suspect an ACL injury, don't try to self-diagnose or treat based on general info. Recovery is crucial.

Been there! With an ACL injury, the pain is usually right inside the knee joint, especially when you try to pivot or twist. You often hear a pop, and then it swells up really fast. For me, strengthening the muscles around the knee post-op and maintaining good nutrition was key for recovery.

Dude, ACL pain sucks. It's like, deep in the middle of your knee. When I tore mine playing football, it hurt like crazy instantly, and then my knee felt super wobbly. Couldn't even put weight on it properly. Had to get surgery and then proper rehab for months.

Having ACL pain can be really tough, both physically and emotionally. The pain is usually right in the middle of the knee and can make simple movements feel impossible. It's so frustrating when your body lets you down. Remember, it's okay to feel upset, and seeking professional help for recovery is the best path.

Based on my friend's experience, ACL pain is primarily felt within the knee joint itself, and it often comes with a feeling of instability. They also mentioned significant swelling after the injury. I can only share what I've seen, please always consult a sports orthopedic for an accurate diagnosis.
