When you feel like vomiting?

Sometimes I suddenly get this wave of nausea, like I'm about to vomit, even if I haven't eaten anything bad. What could be the reasons for this feeling of wanting to vomit?

Jab vomiting jaisa lage na, main toh adrak wali chai ya nimbu paani peeti hu. Thoda relief mil jaata hai. But if it's too much or you feel very weak, then pls don't delay, see a doctor. Health first!

Oh, I've been there so many times! It's awful. What helps me sometimes is sucking on a piece of ice or a small candy. Pudina (mint) leaves also help settle my stomach. But if it persists, better to get it checked, no?

My doctor once told me that when you feel nauseous, try to take small sips of clear liquids like water or ORS. Avoid heavy or oily food. He also suggested deep breathing, it helps sometimes to calm the stomach.

Aww, don't worry too much, sometimes it happens. Just try to lie down in a quiet place, close your eyes. And definitely don't eat anything heavy. Small sips of ginger ale or plain water will be good for now. Agar zyada lage toh dikha dena doctor ko.

Been through this many times, especially when travelling. Best to eat something light like plain biscuits or toast, and avoid anything spicy. Squeeze some lime in water and drink slowly. It usually passes, but if you feel dizzy or have fever, consult a doc.
