When will the fever case be removed?

My colleague has been off work due to a severe fever for over a week, and he's quite worried. We were discussing general recovery timelines for different illnesses. So, when will the fever case be removed from his system, generally speaking?

Generally, a common viral fever resolves within 3-7 days with proper rest, fluids, and medication. However, if the fever is very high, persistent, or accompanied by other severe symptoms, please do not delay seeing a doctor. It's always best to be safe.

Yo, usually a normal fever like flu chills out in 3-5 days if you're taking meds and resting. If it's going on for longer or super high, then better get it checked, man. Don't ignore it.

I just had a fever last week, yaar. Mine went away after about 4 days of taking paracetamol and lots of liquids. But if your fever is really high or not getting better, please see a doctor. Don't take risks!

Oh, fever can be so worrying, I always check my temperature like every hour! Normal fevers usually settle within a few days. But if it's really persistent or you have other severe symptoms like breathing issues, it's super important to get it checked by a doctor right away, okay?
