The development of a fully implantable artificial kidney is a very active area of research, with significant progress being made in prototypes and clinical trials. While there's no definite timeline for widespread availability, many experts hope to see it within the next decade or so. Always consult a nephrologist for the latest advancements and what options are best for you.

The human body is truly miraculous, and science tries to mimic its wonders. An artificial kidney would be a great advancement. While we await such marvels, let us also remember to care for our natural kidneys through proper hydration and a calm mind. Pranayama can support organ health.

Such innovations are incredible! Just like with my thyroid, consistent monitoring and research are key. For something as complex as an artificial kidney, it will take time for rigorous testing and approvals. It’s a reminder to keep up with regular checkups for all organs.

This artificial kidney sounds like something from a sci-fi movie, but if it comes, it will save so many lives. For now, the practical solution is to take good care of our kidneys – drink enough water, eat healthy, avoid too much salt. Prevention is always cheaper than a cure.

The idea of an artificial kidney is revolutionary, but these things take time, dear. From what I read, there are promising trials, but it will still be some years for it to be perfected and safely available to the public. For now, focus on existing treatments and good lifestyle habits for kidney health.

While prototypes of artificial kidneys are under development and in early trials, a widely available, fully implantable version for common use is still several years, if not a decade, away. The regulatory hurdles and extensive testing required are substantial. It's a complex medical advancement.
