When was the cure for diabetes found?

My father has diabetes, and it's a constant management challenge for him. We often talk about how much medicine has advanced. I was wondering, when was the actual cure for diabetes found? Is there even one?

Haan, diabetes ka cure? Bahut log yahi soch rahe honge, na? Abhi tak toh proper cure nahi aaya hai, but management ke liye bahut kuch hai. Insulin aur medicines ne kitni jaan bachayi hai.

Oh, diabetes ka cure, ho na? Kitne log wait kar rahe hain. Abhi tak toh bas medicines aur diet se hi control hota hai. Par scientists toh mehnat kar hi rahe hain, achha hai na.

That's a question many people hope for an answer to. It can be really worrying to think about chronic conditions like diabetes. For now, it's about good management. If you're feeling anxious about it, remember you're not alone and support is available.

A definitive 'cure' for diabetes is still an active area of research. However, the discovery of insulin in the early 20th century transformed it from a fatal disease into a manageable condition. For any specific advice, always consult your physician.

A cure for diabetes? If they found one, I think it would be bigger news than any movie release! Right now, it's more about managing it day-to-day. My glucose meter is basically my best friend now, sigh.

The discovery of treatments for diabetes has been revolutionary. As for a complete 'cure', we're still waiting. But if you have symptoms or concerns, please, always get it checked by a doctor right away. Don't self-diagnose or delay.
