When u cant sleep?

I've been struggling to fall asleep for the past few weeks, my mind just keeps racing. Even when I'm tired, sleep doesn't come easily. What do people usually do when they just can't sleep?

Look, if you're consistently unable to sleep, don't just try random internet 'sleep hacks'. Many are just placebo. It's much better to consult a doctor. They can help figure out the root cause, whether it's stress, diet, or something else. Self-diagnosing sleep issues can lead to bigger problems.

Oh, when I can't sleep, my mind just goes into overdrive thinking about all the health consequences! It's so frustrating. What helps me sometimes is getting out of bed after 20 mins if I'm not sleeping and doing something quiet like reading a book (not on phone!). It breaks the cycle of anxiety. You're not alone, it's really common.

Bhai, agar neend nahi aa rahi na, toh pehle phone side mein rakh do. Phir thoda garam doodh piyo ya ek book padh lo. Zabaradasti mat karo. Agar roz ka masla hai, toh doctor ko dikhao, simple. Health sabse zaroori hai.

Lack of sleep really messes with your workout recovery, man. When I can't sleep, I try to remember my sleep hygiene: no screens before bed, a cool room, and making sure I got enough physical activity during the day. Sometimes a light walk earlier in the evening helps. But if it's chronic, definitely see a doc, it affects everything.

Ugh, same here! When I can't sleep, I usually listen to some calming music or a podcast with a quiet voice. Sometimes just getting up for a glass of water and sitting in a different room for a bit helps reset my mind. Scrolling on the phone is the worst thing to do though, for sure!

I used to just ignore my inability to sleep, thinking it was normal stress. It became so bad that my concentration and mood suffered a lot. If you're consistently having trouble, please don't just power through it. Talk to a doctor. It might be a sign of something underlying, or you might need a proper strategy to fix your sleep patterns.
