When to worry about kidney pain?

I've had a dull ache in my lower back, just above the hip, on one side, for a few days. It's not very strong, but it's constant. When should I actually worry that it might be kidney pain and get it checked?

Kidney pain is no fun! 😫 If the pain is sharp, constant, or you also have fever, chills, blood in urine, or pain during urination, then it's time to get it checked ASAP! Could be stones or an infection. Don't ignore it! ✨

Dude, I had kidney stones once, and the pain was next level. It wasn't just a backache, it was like a continuous, sharp pain in my side, and I felt nauseous. If your pain is like that, or you're peeing funny, or have a fever, don't mess around, go to the emergency. It's no joke.

Yaar, kidney pain is serious business, actually. If it's a sharp, constant pain in your back, just below the ribs, and you're also getting fever or feeling like throwing up, then pakka you need to see a doctor. Don't wait thinking it's just muscle pain, it could be kidney stones or something worse.

While back pain is common, kidney pain is usually felt higher up, under the ribs, and often radiates to the side or groin. If this pain is severe, sudden, or accompanied by fever, chills, nausea, vomiting, or changes in urination, it warrants immediate medical attention. It's crucial to consult a doctor for proper diagnosis, as these could indicate kidney stones or infection.

Beta, if you have severe pain in your back, especially with fever or if you find blood in your urine, do not delay. Some people try a lot of water and coconut water for kidney health, which is good for general well-being. But for strong pain, you must consult a doctor quickly. It could be stones, they need proper care.

I once thought my back pain was just from lifting something heavy, but it turned out to be a kidney infection that got worse because I waited. The lesson? If the pain is severe, comes with fever, burning while peeing, or any weird urine color, please go get it checked immediately. Don't make my mistake.
