When to worry about hernia pain female?

I have an inguinal hernia from my pregnancy, and usually, it's just a bulge, no pain. But since yesterday, it's been feeling a bit tender and uncomfortable. As a female, when should I worry about hernia pain and see a doctor immediately?

Hey, don't ignore sharp or continuous pain, especially if it's in your groin or tummy area and you can also feel a lump. It's possible for women to have hernias too, though maybe less common than men. If it hurts bad or you feel sick, just go to the doctor, okay? No need to suffer silently.

If you experience sudden, severe pain, or if the bulge becomes red, purple, or black, and you also have nausea or vomiting, that's an emergency. Go to a reputable hospital immediately. Ask the doctors to thoroughly check for strangulated hernia, which is serious. Don't wait.

Women can also develop hernias, sometimes due to pregnancy or abdominal pressure. If you have constant, sharp pain, or if you feel a tender lump, don't just dismiss it as something else. With PCOS, we often have other symptoms, so it's good to be extra careful and get any new or severe pain properly investigated by a doctor.

Behen, agar dard bahut zyada ho, ya wahaan par koi gola jaisa ban gaya ho jo andar na jaa raha ho, ya tumhe ulti jaisa lag raha ho, toh seedha doctor ke paas jaao. Online mat poochho. Yeh cheezein serious ho sakti hain.
