When to take cod liver oil capsules morning or night?

My mother-in-law told me to start taking cod liver oil capsules for my joint pain, saying it's very good. Should I take them in the morning with breakfast or at night before bed for best results?

For busy professionals like us, consistency is key, not the exact time. I just take my supplements with my first meal of the day so I don't forget. With cod liver oil, some people feel a bit of burping, so if that's an issue for you, taking it at night might be better. Otherwise, just pick a time that works reliably for your schedule.

I take various supplements for my health and BP, and for most, the doctor says the timing isn't as critical as regular intake. For cod liver oil, my wife and I take it after dinner. Some people find it causes burps, so night time helps avoid that during the day. Just ensure you take it consistently and check if it suits you.

Oh god, I used to worry so much about this too! Morning or night? What if I take it at the wrong time? But my doctor actually said for cod liver oil, the specific time doesn't really matter that much, as long as you take it consistently every day. Some people prefer night to avoid any fishy burps, but it's really about what fits your routine. Don't stress over it like I did!

Arre yaar, cod liver oil, haan? My mom makes me take it sometimes. Actually, most people say timing doesn't make a huge difference, whether morning or night. Just take it with food. Some prefer night if they get that weird fishy burp, so then it doesn't bother them during the day. So, jo time convenient ho, bas le lo!

Hey! Honestly, for cod liver oil capsules, it's not super strict whether you take it morning or night. The main thing is to take it consistently every day with a meal. Some people find if they take it at night, they avoid any potential fishy aftertaste during the day. So just pick what works best for you and don't stress too much about it, okay?

As a vegetarian, I personally don't consume cod liver oil. But for those who do, I would advise taking it with a meal, whether morning or night, as fat-soluble vitamins (like A and D in cod liver oil) are better absorbed with food. The specific timing doesn't impact efficacy as much as consistency and proper absorption. Consult with a nutritionist if you have specific dietary concerns.
