When to start insulin in type 2 diabetes?

My sugar levels have been a bit high lately, and the doctor mentioned insulin as a possibility if my current meds don't work. I'm trying to understand at what stage it usually becomes necessary for someone with Type 2 diabetes.

Honestly, pehle maine bhi bohot gharelu nuskhe try kiye for sugar. But jab readings control nahi ho rahi thi, doc ne bola insulin. It's not a failure, it's just what your body needs to stay healthy. Discuss properly with your doctor, they'll tell you the right time based on your levels.

Beta, pehle toh lifestyle theek karo, khana peena, thoda chalna firna. Lekin agar doctor bol rahe hain ki insulin ki zaroorat hai, toh unki baat suno. Yeh sab apne haath mein nahi hota hamesha. Kabhi kabhi dawa leni padti hai.

Mujhe bhi type 2 diabetes ka pata chala hai recently. Main toh medicines le rahi hoon abhi. Kya hota hai ki doctors insulin tab bolte hain jab medicines se bhi sugar control na ho? Bohot darr lagta hai sunke.

Jab sugar readings consistently high rahen aur oral meds kaam na karein, tabhi doctors insulin suggest karte hain. Don't worry, it's a common step for many. Just follow your doctor's advice.

Bro, my uncle has type 2, and he started insulin when his doc said his pancreas wasn't producing enough on its own. Like, meds were maxed out. It's basically when the body needs that extra push. Just ask your doc properly, they'll explain everything.

Dekho, normally ghar ki cheezein try karni chahiye pehle. Par agar diabetes ki baat hai, toh you really need to listen to your doctor. Agar woh insulin bol rahe hain toh it means it's important. Natural remedies can help but not replace proper medical treatment for something serious like this.

Yaar, mujhe bhi same hua tha. Jab doc ne insulin bola toh I literally panicked. But trust me, it's not the end of the world. It actually helped me manage my sugar much better. It becomes normal after a while.
