When to see a doctor for kidney stones?

My brother recently had a kidney stone attack and it looked very painful. I'm trying to be careful with my diet, but I'm worried about getting them too. If I experience symptoms, when should I definitely see a doctor for kidney stones?

Kidney stones are no joke, yaar. I had a really bad episode and tried to manage with just water, but it led to a blockage and severe pain. If you suspect kidney stones due to severe back/side pain, blood in urine, fever, chills, or difficulty urinating, go to the emergency room immediately. Don't wait for complications like I did.

Hey, kidney stone pain can be really intense, so don't try to be a hero and bear it. If you have sudden, severe pain in your back or side, blood in your urine, fever, chills, or persistent nausea and vomiting, you need to see a doctor, ideally in an emergency, as soon as possible. It's better to get it diagnosed early and manage the pain.

Oh my god, kidney stones sound terrifying, and I'd be so anxious about it! If I had even a hint of that kind of pain, I'd be at the doctor's office in a flash. Any severe, sudden pain in your back or side, especially if it comes with nausea or weird coloured urine, is a definite red flag. Please go get it checked immediately, don't ignore it.

Kidney stones? Ouch! That sounds like it would ruin anyone's appetite. If you're having that kind of severe back pain that makes you want to curl up and cry, or if you see blood in your pee, definitely don't wait. You need to get that sorted so you can go back to enjoying your food peacefully!

For kidney stones, a doctor's visit is essential. When I had a concern, my doctor at Breach Candy clearly stated that if you have severe pain, fever, chills, blood in your urine, or difficulty passing urine, you should seek immediate medical attention. They need to do tests like ultrasound or CT to confirm and plan treatment. Don't guess, just go to the hospital.

Regarding kidney stones, any suspected symptoms warrant immediate medical attention. Severe, colicky pain in the back or side, radiating to the groin, accompanied by nausea, vomiting, blood in the urine, or fever, indicates an emergency. It's crucial to consult a urologist or visit the ER for proper diagnosis and pain management, as complications can arise quickly.
