When to go to the emergency room for vomiting?

I've had severe, projectile vomiting for the last few hours, along with a splitting headache and stiffness in my neck. My family is quite worried, and I'm trying to determine if these symptoms mean I should rush to the emergency room.

Usually, for vomiting, my mother would suggest lemon juice or rice kanji. But if you cannot keep even a few sips of water down for many hours, or you feel very dizzy and weak, like you might faint, then it's time for the emergency room. Especially if you see any blood. Trust the doctors, always.

Ah, vomiting. If it's more than just a little 'oops' moment, and you're turning into a human fountain, unable to keep anything down, and feeling like a zombie, then off to the ER. My stomach just isn't what it used to be, so I tend to be careful these days.

Dude, if you're vomiting non-stop for more than a day, or if there's any blood in it, go straight to the ER. Also, if you feel super weak, dizzy, and can't even stand up without feeling like you'll pass out, that's a serious dehydration sign. Don't wait.

For severe vomiting, especially if you have an underlying condition like PCOS that might affect your body's resilience, you really need to be careful. If you're showing signs of severe dehydration (dry mouth, no urine output, dizziness) or if there's blood, please go to the ER. Don't try to manage it at home for too long.

Listen, if you're really struggling, vomiting constantly, and can't even keep a sip of water down, that's when you need to go to the emergency room. Also, if you have severe abdominal pain, a very high fever, or if you see blood in the vomit. Don't worry, but take it seriously, okay?

I once ignored severe vomiting and ended up with electrolyte imbalance and felt terrible for days. So, my strong advice is, if you're excessively vomiting, feeling faint, have severe abdominal pain, or notice any blood, go to the emergency room. It can escalate quickly.

If you're vomiting uncontrollably and feel like you're about to pass out, or if you see blood, it's ER time! 🚑 Don't delay. Better to be safe than sorry, and get those fluids back in you! 😊
