When to go to er for vomiting adults?

I've been vomiting non-stop for about 12 hours now, and I feel very weak and lightheaded. My mother said it might just be food poisoning, but I'm concerned about dehydration. When is vomiting in adults severe enough for an ER visit?

I track my hydration and body metrics closely. For adults, if you're vomiting continuously for more than 24 hours, or if you can't keep any fluids down, or if you see blood in your vomit, that's a clear signal for the ER. Also, if you develop severe abdominal pain, chest pain, or signs of severe dehydration, get checked immediately. Don't wait for your system to crash.

For adults, prolonged vomiting can lead to serious dehydration quickly. If you're vomiting so much that you can't even hold down water or ORS, or if you have severe abdominal pain, a high fever, or if there's any blood in your vomit (looks like coffee grounds), please go to the ER. Dizziness and extreme weakness are also red flags. Better to be safe.

Look, for adult vomiting, if it's incessant for over 12-24 hours, or if you're completely unable to hold down fluids, you need ER. Crucially, if you see blood (red or black) in your vomit, have severe pain, high fever, or severe dizziness/confusion, go immediately. These are not minor symptoms.

As someone with high BP, I know it's crucial to stay hydrated. If an adult is vomiting repeatedly and can't keep fluids down, especially if they have underlying conditions, the risk of dehydration is high. If you feel extreme weakness, dizziness, or notice any blood, go to the ER. Regular checkups help, but in emergencies, act fast.

Vomiting is really draining, ho na? If you're throwing up continuously, and can't even drink water, ya feel super dizzy and weak, toh ER jaana chahiye. Especially if there's any blood in your puke, or if your stomach pain is very severe. Don't delay, dehydration is dangerous.

I've dealt with severe vomiting myself. If you're an adult and have thrown up more than 5-6 times in a few hours, or if you can't even keep down a small sip of ORS, your body is getting depleted fast. Look out for extreme thirst, dry mouth, reduced urination, or dizziness. If any of these are present along with persistent vomiting, get to the ER for IV fluids. It's much faster recovery that way.

I'm not sure, but I heard if you vomit for a very long time, or if you feel really, really weak, it's serious. What if it's just food poisoning, but it's very bad? Would that also mean ER? I get worried easily.
