When to go to er for stomach pain?

I've had a bad stomach ache since yesterday evening, and it's getting worse, now with some nausea. I'm trying to figure out at what point stomach pain becomes serious enough to head to the emergency room instead of just taking antacids.

Listen, if your stomach pain is really severe and sudden, like you've never felt before, or if it's accompanied by high fever, persistent vomiting, blood in your stool, or you feel very dizzy, don't wait. Go to the ER. It's better to get it checked out quickly to make sure everything is okay.

Stomach pain can be incredibly scary, and it's perfectly normal to feel anxious, especially when it's severe. If your pain is excruciating, comes on very suddenly, or if you're also experiencing vomiting, fever, or notice blood in your stool or vomit, please go to the ER. It's important to rule out serious conditions and get immediate help for your peace of mind.

Stomach pain can be so debilitating, I know the feeling of being completely miserable and scared. If the pain is unbearable, or if you can't keep any liquids down and feel really weak, please don't suffer alone. Go to the ER. It's valid to seek emergency help when you're in such distress.

As a parent, stomach pain in kids always worries me. For adults too, if the pain is so bad you can't stand or walk, or if you're continuously vomiting and can't keep anything down, that's when you need to go to the ER. Especially if there's a high fever, severe bloating, or any blood. Don't take risks with abdominal pain.

For stomach pain, my family doctor always says if it's severe, sudden, or accompanied by symptoms like high fever, continuous vomiting, or blood in stool, go to a good hospital's ER immediately. They have the facilities to diagnose correctly. Don't wait for it to get worse.

My doctor explained it well: if the stomach pain is sudden and severe, localized (like appendicitis pain), or if you have a rigid abdomen, high fever, continuous vomiting, or bloody stools/vomit, then it's an ER case. These symptoms indicate a potential emergency like appendicitis, pancreatitis, or an obstruction, which needs immediate medical attention.

Hey! Don't stress too much about every little tummy ache, but if your stomach pain is really intense, like the worst ever, or if you're also getting fever, vomiting non-stop, or seeing blood, then seriously, go to the ER! Better safe than sorry, yaar. Get it checked out.

Child, for simple stomach upset, a little ginger tea or ajwain helps. But if the pain is very sharp, like a knife, and doesn't go away, or if you are constantly throwing up and have fever, you must go to the hospital right away. Don't delay, it could be something serious that needs a doctor quickly.
