When to give children's tylenol for fever?

My little one has a fever, and I have children's Tylenol at home. At what temperature or under what circumstances should I give it to him? I don't want to overmedicate him.

Oh, fever in kids is the worst, right? I always overthink it! My pediatrician said to generally give children's Tylenol if their fever is above 100.4°F (38°C) and they are uncomfortable or in pain. But it's super important to follow the dosage based on their weight, not age, and check with your own doctor first if you're unsure. Don't be like me and panic! Just ask your doc.

When my kids get fever, I usually wait a bit unless it's really high or they're super fussy. My pediatrician always said to use Tylenol if it's over 101°F and they're uncomfortable. But I always call the clinic first to confirm the exact dose based on their current weight. I can't give medical advice, so please call your child's doctor.

Haan ji, bachchon ko bukhar mein Tylenol tab dete hain jab bukhar 100.4°F (38°C) se zyada ho aur bachcha bahut pareshaan ho. Bas dose ka dhyaan rakhna, unke weight ke hisaab se hi dena, na? Apne doctor se bhi ek baar confirm kar lena, woh sahi advice denge.

Hmm, I don't have kids yet, but my younger cousin often gets fever. My mami usually gives him Tylenol when his fever crosses like, 101°F and he's not playing around. But she always checks with the doctor first for the right amount. Better safe than sorry, you know?

My parenting app actually has guidelines for this! It says to consider giving children's Tylenol (acetaminophen) when the fever is 100.4°F (38°C) or higher, or if the child is clearly uncomfortable or in pain. Always check the dosage based on weight, not age, and consult your pediatrician for personalized advice. Tracking symptoms can help too!

Yaar, when my kid gets fever, it's such a headache. Actually, my doc said to give Tylenol if the fever is high, like 101°F or more, or if the child is really cranky and uncomfortable. Always go by weight, haan? Not age. And pls, consult your pediatrician first, don't just randomly give medicine.
