When to drink bone broth for weight loss?

My gym trainer suggested I try bone broth for weight loss, but I'm a bit confused about the best time to drink it. Should it be in the morning, before meals, or something else? I want to make sure I'm doing it right to see results.

Bone broth is good for gut health. For weight loss, replacing a meal with it, or having it as a snack, can help with satiety.

My nutritionist at Apollo Hospital suggested bone broth as a healthy, low-calorie alternative to snacks, especially in the evenings. It's rich in nutrients and can keep you full. But for weight loss specifically, ask your doctor or a registered dietitian for a proper diet plan; they'll integrate it where it's most effective for you.

I totally get trying to find natural ways for weight loss! Bone broth is supposed to be really filling and nutritious. Maybe try having a cup in the mid-morning or mid-afternoon when you usually feel hungry for snacks. Or even as a light meal if you're doing intermittent fasting. It helps curb cravings.

Beta, bone broth is good for strength, like how our elders would give it for recovery. For weight loss, if you drink it warm, it can fill your stomach so you eat less. Maybe try it before your main meals, or in the evening instead of heavy food. But remember, balanced diet and walking are key for true health.

Bone broth can be deeply nourishing and promotes gut health, which is vital for overall well-being. For weight management, having it as a warm, comforting drink between meals, or even replacing a light dinner, can be beneficial as it provides satiety with fewer calories. It's a gentle way to support your body.

Since I'm vegetarian, I don't consume bone broth. However, for those who do, it's generally considered low in calories and high in protein, which can promote satiety. If used for weight loss, it might be beneficial to have it as a replacement for a higher-calorie meal or snack. Always check with a nutritionist to integrate it into your specific diet plan.
