When should i be worried about a cough and fever?

My daughter has had a cough and low-grade fever for three days now. It comes and goes. We've been giving her ghar ke nuskhe. At what point should I really start to worry about her cough and fever, and take her to the doctor?

Hey, don't stress too much, most coughs and fevers are just common cold or flu. But you should definitely worry and see a doc if your fever is super high (like over 102-103°F) and not going down, or if you're having trouble breathing, chest pain, or the cough is really bad and persistent. Better safe than sorry!

For a fitness routine, a persistent cough and fever can really set you back. You should be worried if the fever is very high, doesn't go down for more than 2-3 days, or if you experience shortness of breath, chest pain, or severe weakness. Rest is key, and if it's severe, definitely consult a doctor before resuming any exercise.

Be worried if your fever is above 102°F and doesn't respond to medicine, or if it comes with shortness of breath, chest pain, confusion, persistent vomiting, or a cough that produces colored phlegm. Don't delay seeing a doctor, especially if you have other health conditions.

I had a cough and fever last month, thought it was just a cold. But when my fever went really high, around 103, and I started having trouble breathing, I immediately went to the doctor. Turns out it was a chest infection. So if breathing is affected, or fever doesn't come down, go see a doctor pronto.

A good diet with immunity-boosting foods like ginger, turmeric, and Vitamin C can help with mild coughs and fevers. But if the fever is severe or the cough is persistent and affecting your breathing, diet won't be enough. You should definitely consult a doctor immediately to check for serious infections. Food is supportive, not a cure for severe illness.

With thyroid issues, I've learned how important it is to pay attention to my body. For a cough and fever, if it's very high, persistent for more than 2-3 days, or accompanied by symptoms like breathing difficulty, chest pain, or extreme fatigue, it's a red flag. Always get a checkup to rule out anything serious, especially if you have underlying conditions.
