When is world kidney day?

My mother recently had some kidney issues, and it's made me more aware of kidney health. I know there's a day dedicated to it; when is World Kidney Day celebrated annually?

World Kidney Day is always on the second Thursday of March. So every year it changes a bit, but always in March. My grandmother used to say, drink enough water for your kidneys. But if you have any serious concerns, please consult a good doctor; they will guide you best.

World Kidney Day is the second Thursday of March. It's a good time to remember to drink enough water and eat healthy. These things help our kidneys. But if you have persistent pain, swelling, or changes in urine, home remedies won't be enough. Please see a doctor without delay.

World Kidney Day is the second Thursday of March. My college had a health camp last year around that time, doing free check-ups. It's cool how these days remind us to actually care about our organs, haan?

World Kidney Day is the second Thursday of March. It's a very important day. I've tried many remedies for general well-being, but for kidney health, staying hydrated and managing blood pressure and sugar are key. If you have any unusual symptoms, please do consult a doctor; prevention is better than cure.
