Based on my experience, my doctor told me to take them first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach, and then wait for at least 30 to 60 minutes before having anything to eat or drink. I just follow that strictly every day. It's what works for me.

Generally, for thyroid pills, our family doctor recommends taking them early morning on an empty stomach. Then we usually wait for 45 minutes or so before breakfast and coffee. It helps with proper absorption, they say. Always best to discuss with your own doctor for personalised advice, of course.

My daughter has been on thyroid pills for years. Her paediatrician always emphasized taking it first thing in the morning, empty stomach, with just water. We set an alarm for her to take it and then she goes about getting ready for school, which gives enough gap before breakfast. Consistency is crucial for kids.

May God bless you with good health. For such medications, it is usually advised to take them in the morning on an empty stomach, letting the body absorb it fully before you start your day. Remember to stay positive and take good care of yourself, mind and body.

Most apps and medical sites recommend taking thyroid pills first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach. I set a daily reminder on my health app for it. Then you gotta wait 30-60 minutes before eating or drinking anything besides water. This timing ensures optimal absorption, and my smartwatch even tracks my medication adherence.

From what I've seen, it's always recommended to take thyroid pills in the morning, empty stomach, then wait at least 30-60 mins for food. This timing is critical for the medicine to work effectively, which helps keep your thyroid levels stable. Stable levels mean fewer doctor visits and less need for expensive tests later, which is good for the pocket!

Haan na, mostly subah-subah, khaali pet. Doctor log aise hi bolte hain. You take it with just water, and then wait for a while before eating anything, like half an hour to an hour. It's important for the medicine to work properly, ho na. Don't forget to take it daily.
