When is national mental health day?

Our office HR department wants to plan an event focusing on mental well-being for our employees. We're thinking of doing it around National Mental Health Day. Could someone please tell me the date?

It's October 10th. I remember I used to panic a lot about small things, thinking it was something serious. But later, I realized it was just stress. It's normal to feel overwhelmed sometimes, but reach out if it gets too much.

October 10th is Mental Health Day! For me, good food is good mood, haan? Sometimes a nice biryani or my favorite sweets can really boost the spirits. But balance is key, for both food and mind!

National Mental Health Day is October 10th. This is crucial because there's so much misinformation online. If you're struggling, please talk to a real doctor or therapist, don't just rely on random internet remedies or advice.

October 10th! Honestly, sometimes I feel like my mental health needs a whole mental health year. Sleep deprivation is real, people. Let's all try to be kind to our minds.

It's on October 10th. Good to raise awareness. Getting professional help for mental health can be expensive, so knowing about free resources or counselling options provided by NGOs or government schemes is really helpful for planning ahead.
