When i cough i feel like vomiting?

I've had a cough for a few days now, and it's quite strong. Every time I cough forcefully, I feel like I'm going to throw up. Is this a normal reaction or something to worry about?

Ho na, sometimes when the cough is very strong, it feels like that. Specially if you have a lot of phlegm. It's really uncomfortable, makes you feel so drained. Try sipping warm water and ginger tea, haan na.

Haha, your body is just trying to clear out everything with extra enthusiasm! It's super annoying, I know. It's usually just your gag reflex kicking in because of the strong cough. Nothing too serious, but definitely a sign to get that cough sorted. Maybe some 'kadha' will scare it away!

I totally get this feeling, it's so horrid! I've found that keeping myself hydrated with warm liquids like ginger-honey tea really helps to soothe the throat and reduce the intensity of the cough. Also, avoiding very spicy or acidic foods can prevent that sick feeling. But if it's severe, please see a doc.

Oh, this is quite common, especially with a persistent or chesty cough. It's usually your body trying to expel mucus, and the strain from coughing can trigger the gag reflex. I remember this happening many times when I was younger. Just try to keep yourself hydrated and rest well. If it persists, definitely consult a doctor.

Oh no, that's the worst feeling ever! 🤢 Happens to me sometimes with really bad coughs. Just keep sipping on warm water or some nice herbal tea, it really helps calm things down! Hope you feel better soon! ✨

Our bodies have such intricate ways of communicating. When you feel this way, it's a sign to be gentle with yourself. Drink warm water, breathe deeply, and allow yourself to rest. Stay positive, and trust that your body is working to heal itself. And don't hesitate to seek medical advice for comfort.

That's a common reflex, especially with a deep or prolonged cough. It means your cough is really irritating your throat and possibly your stomach. Don't ignore a persistent cough; get it evaluated by a doctor. Could be anything from a viral infection to something needing specific medication.

Yeah, strong coughing can definitely make you feel nauseous, especially if your core is engaged. It's tough. Make sure you're getting enough protein and good carbs to keep your energy up, even if you feel like throwing up. Staying hydrated is super important. If it's a persistent cough, better get it checked out by a doctor.
