Oh no, that sounds scary. Is it like a muscle pull, or can it be something more serious if it's with breathing? Should one go to a general physician or a specialist for this?
Oh, that sounds really uncomfortable! I once had something similar after a bad cough. I tried hot compresses and gentle stretching, which helped a bit with muscle strain. But if it's sharp and happens with breathing, it could be more serious. Please, a doctor visit is a must to rule out anything serious. Don't delay.
Hey, that sounds really worrying. I had a similar sharp pain once, and it turned out to be a muscle spasm, but it's really important to get it checked by a doctor, especially since it's connected to breathing. Don't ignore it, get an appointment soon!
My son had this once after a bad fall, and it was so scary to see him in pain. We rushed him to the doctor, and it was thankfully just a bruised rib. But any pain with breathing is not to be taken lightly. Please go to a doctor quickly, don't wait. It's better to be safe.

Dude, I just recovered from this! For me, it was costochondritis, basically inflammation around the ribs. My doc told me to take anti-inflammatories and rest. But seriously, go to a doctor ASAP. Don't self-diagnose, it can be anything from muscle strain to something with your lungs. Don't take chances.
