When emotional pain is too much?

Sometimes, life just feels too heavy, and the sadness or stress feels overwhelming. I want to know, what does it mean when emotional pain gets to a point where it's just 'too much'?

Honestly, when it starts affecting your daily work or family life, that's when it's too much. I mean, therapy can be expensive, but sometimes the cost of not dealing with it is even higher. Look for government hospitals or NGOs that offer free or low-cost counselling, that's a good practical first step.

Emotional pain can really mess with your eating habits, making you either eat too much or too little. If you find yourself unable to maintain a balanced diet, or relying on unhealthy foods for comfort, it might be too much. Please remember your physical health depends on your mental state.

Yaar, I think when it starts affecting your sleep and you can't even focus on your work, that's when it's too much. Actually, for me, if I keep thinking about something over and over and can't break the cycle, I know I need to talk to someone. Don't keep it inside.

When even your favourite biryani can't cheer you up, then you know it's serious, yaar! Jokes aside, if you're losing interest in things you usually love, like good food, then it's a sign to seek help. Don't let it simmer.

Emotional pain has a big impact on everything, even blood sugar levels. When you feel constantly stressed or sad, it can make it harder to manage your health, no matter how careful you are with diet. If it's interfering with your routine or making you neglect your health, it's time to seek support from a professional.
