When does vomiting become serious?

My son has been vomiting intermittently for a day now, but seems okay otherwise. My mother keeps saying it's just a normal bug, but I'm worried. When should I be really concerned and take him to the doctor about vomiting?

Haan, vomiting serious tab hoti hai jab dehydration ho jaye na? Matlab, if you can't keep any liquids down for hours, ya dizziness ho. Aur agar bukhar ya bahut zyada pain ho toh definitely doc ko dikhana chahiye. Don't take chances!

Dude, if you're throwing up so much you can't even keep water down, or you feel super dizzy and weak, that's when it's serious. Or if you have a high fever with it. Just go to a doctor, don't wait for it to get worse. Hydration is key!

Yaar, vomiting actually becomes serious when you're super dehydrated, like if you can't even hold water down for hours. Or if there's severe pain, high fever, or blood in the vomit. At that point, you need to see a doctor immediately, don't ignore it.

When does vomiting become serious? When you start seeing your breakfast from two days ago, or if you're so weak you can't even binge-watch your favorite show! Jokes aside, seriously, if you can't keep water down, have severe pain, or feel dizzy, drop everything and see a doc. Don't be a hero!

I always worry about vomiting. So, it becomes serious if you're getting dehydrated or can't hold anything down for several hours? Also, if there's severe pain or fever, right? Did anyone ever experience really bad vomiting and it turned out to be something simple, or is it always a sign to worry?

As a foodie, even a little vomiting is serious to me because it means I can't enjoy my food! But on a serious note, it's really serious if you're constantly throwing up and can't even drink water, or if you see blood. You should definitely rush to a doctor then. Don't wait around.
