Namaskaram! My mother-in-law used to say babies have their phases. Sleep regression usually starts around 4 months, then again at 8 months, sometimes even later. While family advice is good, if you are really worried, do talk to your pediatrician, they will guide you best.
Sleep regression can hit hard, usually around 4 months. That's when their sleep cycles mature and they become more aware of their surroundings. Then there are others around 8-10 months, 12 months, and 18 months. Just try to be consistent with their routine.

Hey, don't worry, sleep regression is a super common thing. It usually starts around 4 months, which can be a shock because babies were sleeping well before that. Then sometimes again at 8-10 months, and then 18 months. It's a sign of their development, even if it's exhausting for parents.
