When does mental health issues start?

I've been feeling really down and anxious lately, more than usual. Sometimes I wonder if it's just stress or something more. At what age do mental health issues typically start showing up, or can they start at any time?

Honestly, from my experience, mental health issues can start at any age, any time. Sometimes it's childhood, sometimes it's after a big life event as an adult. It's not a fixed timeline. What matters is recognizing it and seeking help when you feel something isn't right.

Haha, for me, it feels like they started sometime around my 30s when my hair started falling out and my responsibilities doubled! Kidding aside, it's not a specific age. Life throws challenges, and sometimes our mind struggles. Be kind to yourself.

Mental health issues don't follow a schedule. They can emerge due to genetics, trauma, chronic stress, or even just life transitions. It's crucial to acknowledge symptoms early and seek professional help. Don't waste time trying to figure out 'when' it started, focus on 'what' to do now.

Mental health issues can begin at any stage of life, really. I've seen people struggle since their teens, and others develop problems later due to stress. While severe cases need proper medical attention, sometimes gentle routines like meditation, good sleep, and connecting with nature can really help in early stages.

Bhaiyya, mann ki pareshani toh kabhi bhi aa sakti hai. Bachpan se bhi, ya bade hoke bhi. Jab tan-mann theek na lage, toh kisi apne se baat karo, ya fir doctor ke paas jaao. Sharm ki koi baat nahi hai isme.

From what I've seen and experienced, mental health is deeply connected to overall well-being. For me, managing my diabetes carefully, avoiding sugar spikes, and regular exercise helps keep my mood stable. Any imbalance can trigger issues, so it's not about a start date, but continuous care.

For me, mental health issues start roughly 30 minutes after I realize I only got 4 hours of sleep again. Kidding, but seriously, lack of sleep makes everything worse. It's not one starting point, it's a culmination of things, sometimes from childhood, sometimes sudden. Just listen to your mind.
