When does 4 month sleep regression end?

My 4-month-old used to sleep pretty well, but now he's waking up so much! Someone mentioned 'sleep regression'. I'm wondering, when does this 4-month sleep regression typically end?

Generally, the 4-month sleep regression lasts for a few weeks, usually 2-4 weeks max. It feels like forever when you're in it, but it does pass. Just be consistent with your baby's sleep routine, that's key.

Oh, this 4-month sleep regression is so tough! I'm constantly worried. Does it really end on its own, or do we have to do something specific? And how long does it typically last for everyone else?

Yaar, it feels never-ending, right? But seriously, it usually resolves itself within a few weeks, maybe a month at most. Your baby is just going through a big developmental leap. Don't stress too much, you're doing great!

The sleep regression period is tough on parents. Make sure you are also taking care of your health during this time. Stress can affect BP, so try to find moments to rest, even short ones. Don't neglect your own well-being and checkups.
