When can i sleep without a bra after breast reduction?

It's been a few weeks since my breast reduction surgery. My doctor said to wear a supportive bra initially, but I'm wondering when I can finally sleep without one. It gets a bit irritating after a while, especially at night.

For something as important as post-surgical recovery from breast reduction, you absolutely cannot trust random internet advice. Your surgeon will give you precise instructions on when and if you can sleep without a bra. This is crucial for healing and supporting the new shape. Always verify with your doctor.

After such a big change, your body needs good support, beti. Most doctors say to wear a special bra, even at night, for many weeks, sometimes 6-8 weeks. It helps everything heal well. Don't rush it; your comfort will come with proper healing.

My cousin had breast reduction, and her doctor told her to wear a special bra continuously for at least six weeks, even when sleeping. She said it was a bit uncomfortable but really helped with the healing process. Every doctor has slightly different advice, though.

You'll likely need to wear a surgical bra continuously for at least 4-6 weeks after breast reduction.

After breast reduction, wearing a supportive surgical bra continuously for at least 4-6 weeks is a practical necessity. It helps with swelling, supports the new breast shape, and aids healing. Don't try to go without it until your surgeon gives you the clear, it's just not worth risking the recovery.

Breast reduction is a significant procedure, and proper post-op care is key to protect your investment. This typically involves wearing a surgical bra 24/7 for at least 4-6 weeks, even when sleeping, to support healing and shape. Skipping this can lead to complications and potentially more expenses. Stick to the plan.

Oh, after breast reduction, support is everything! I remember wearing my surgical bra day and night for about two months. It felt strange at first, but it truly helped with the healing and swelling. Just listen to your surgeon, they know best, and soon you'll be comfortable again.
