What way should you sleep?

I've been having some neck and back pain lately, and someone suggested my sleeping position might be the problem. What way should you sleep for the best posture and comfort?

Generally, sleeping on your side, especially the left side, is often recommended as it can help with digestion and reduce acid reflux. Back sleeping is also good for spine alignment if you use a supportive pillow. Avoid stomach sleeping as it can strain your neck and back. Comfort and good support are key.

Honestly, the best way to sleep is the one that lets you wake up feeling refreshed, not with aches. I used to sleep all twisted and ignored my back pain until it got worse. Now I try to sleep on my side with a pillow between my knees. If you're having issues, don't just 'power through' it, consult a physio or doctor.

I've been looking into this too! Apparently, side sleeping is popular, especially for snoring or if you're pregnant. Back sleeping is good for posture if your pillow supports your neck right. Stomach sleeping is generally advised against because of neck strain. It's all about finding what works for *your* body.

Lol, I sleep in every weird position possible. But people always say sleeping on your back is best for your spine, or on your side with a pillow. I just try to find whatever's comfy and lets me actually get some sleep before my morning classes!

Many people say sleeping on your side is good, especially the left side, as it's believed to help digestion. My elders always advised to sleep with your head towards the south, but scientifically, comfort and spinal alignment are key. If you have specific issues, a doctor or physiotherapist can give best advice.

Beta, the best way to sleep is soundly! But people say sleeping on your left side is good for your heart and digestion. My Dadi always said to sleep straight on your back, like a king. Just find what gives you good rest, that is the most important thing.
