What virus causes hepatitis a?

My friend recently contracted Hepatitis A and I'm trying to learn more about it. I know it's a viral infection, but I'm not sure which specific virus is responsible. What virus causes hepatitis A?

Hepatitis A is caused by the Hepatitis A virus (HAV). It's typically spread through contaminated food or water, especially in places with poor sanitation. While it's usually not chronic, it can be quite debilitating. Getting vaccinated is highly recommended, and always consult a doctor for diagnosis and management.

Oh, Hepatitis A is caused by the Hepatitis A virus, super original name lol. My hostel roommate got it once because he ate some dodgy street food. Doc said it's mostly spread through contaminated food or water. Scary stuff, better to be careful with what we eat out.

My son had Hepatitis A a few years ago, it was the Hepatitis A virus itself. It was very tough, he was so weak. We were told it came from contaminated food or water. Since then, we are very careful about hygiene, especially for kids. Vaccinating is also a good idea if your doctor recommends it.

It's the Hepatitis A virus, simple. Spreads mainly through bad food or water. Wash your hands properly, drink clean water, and if you can, get the vaccine. Don't take risks with your liver, bhai.

Hepatitis A virus, obviously. Pretty sure it's the one that makes you yellow and tired, like how I feel every morning before coffee. Jokes aside, serious stuff, be careful about what you consume. Can't afford to get sick, I need my sleep!
