At Apollo Hospital, my doctor recommended a lot of anti-inflammatory vegetables for my arthritis. Leafy greens like spinach and kale, broccoli, and other cruciferous vegetables. Also, bright colored veggies like carrots and bell peppers. Best to get a personalized diet plan from your doctor or a dietician.

Oh, arthritis and diet is so confusing! I heard all green leafy vegetables are good. Like spinach, fenugreek, kale. Also, ginger and turmeric are supposed to help, no? Has anyone else found these really effective? I'm always worried about eating the wrong thing.

It's completely normal to feel overwhelmed with health conditions and what to eat. For arthritis, focus on anti-inflammatory vegetables. Think lots of green leafy ones like spinach and kale, broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots. Basically, anything colorful and fresh. These can really help reduce inflammation and pain.

Please don't delay getting a proper diagnosis and diet plan. For arthritis, anti-inflammatory vegetables are key. I wish I had paid more attention to my diet earlier. Include lots of green leafy vegetables, broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers. They are rich in antioxidants and help with inflammation.

My dear, for arthritis, just focus on what reduces inflammation. All the green leafy vegetables like spinach, methi, palak are very good. Also, broccoli and cauliflower are great. Turmeric is wonderful too, you can add it to your cooking. Eat fresh, seasonal vegetables, that's what I've learned over the years.

My doctor, a rheumatologist, clearly listed anti-inflammatory vegetables as beneficial for arthritis. These include green leafy vegetables like spinach, kale, and collard greens, as well as cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli and cauliflower. He also suggested bell peppers and carrots due to their high antioxidant content. The key is consistent intake.

Arthritis, haan? Another joy of getting older. For joint pain, the doctor told me to load up on anti-inflammatory stuff. So, it's all the greens for me – spinach, kale, broccoli. Basically, the veggies I sometimes have to force myself to eat, but they do help. Anything bright and colorful too!
